Victoria is currently in foster care. She does not get to see her brothers all the time due to a specific visitation schedule. Her brothers will be attending her moving up ceremony at school. Afterwards she wishes to play baseball with her brothers. She is wishing to be able to go and pick out her own baseball equipment.
