Hailyn just entered care with her older siblings. She loves Elmo and would like her very own dancing Elmo. Every time she sees Elmo or hears his voice she starts doing her own little Elmo dance. It is the cutest thing. So this dancing Elmo would be the perfect wish to help her to get settled in her new foster home.
