Swimming Lessons for Maurice so he can be safe in the pool this summer

Maurice's wish is to be able to learn to swim. He wants to be able to enjoy the things and life that most kids his age enjoy. Because of the responsibilities that Maurice had to assume of being the man of the house, he was not able to go to pools and do things like other kids. He would love to have the opportunity to be able to do that now and have the ability to learn to swim as well.
Maury is 16 years old and lives in NC
Maury is a young man who has had to grow up faster than his years. He has had to take care of his younger siblings and become the head of the household without really desiring to be. His favorite subject in school is math and is doing well in his other classes as well. His favorite sports are basketball and football and he likes to indulge in technology. Maurice has a passion for basketball and karate. He has attended karate classes in the past, and he says he enjoyed them tremendously and it taught him a lot about discipline. He now wants to follow his passion for basketball and being a part of a team.
