Lowegan's one consistency in life has been his love for art, specifically drawing and reading novels. Throughout his multiple changes in foster homes, Lowegan has been unable to acquire the collection of art supplies he needs to truly support his creativity and artistic ability. This wish would help him pick out his very own pencils, colored pencils, a sketchpad, markers and all of the supplies that he needs!
Lowegan is 16 years old and lives in NJ
Lowegan is a happy, young boy who is striving to do his best despite the obstacles that he has faced throughout his young life. Of 5 siblings, Lowegan is the last to find his forever home after seven years in foster care so far. His one consistency in life has been art. Lowegan truly enjoys using artwork as an outlet to express his feelings.
