Directions for LivingEthan is a young child struggling with severe childhood trauma. He lives with his mother as his father is incarcerated. Ethan is very bright, smart, and resilient but struggles with managing his behaviors and violent outbursts. Due to the childhood trauma, Ethan struggles with any social situation. Getting and keeping friends is difficult and sometimes just sad for him.
All of Ethan's clothes are old and worn out. He only gets hand-me-downs to wear. Ethan refuses to play at school or in his neighborhood due to the children always making fun of his clothing. New clothes would enable him to fit in better at school and help build his own self-esteem.
