Libby wishes for her first bike to learn how to ride. She sees other kids ride and wants to be on a bike very badly. This will help her her plenty of exercise while in quarantine. This will also prove to be a bonding experience while staying at home with her foster family that hopes to adopt her.
Libby is 6 years old and lives in NC
Libby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
