Foster Parent Association of WilkesAngel is a sweet girl who was born prematurely and has grown into a wonderful child. Her foster family took great care of her during her medically fragile early years, and she has since thrived, becoming a beautiful young girl. She enjoys playing with her foster siblings and loves dancing to music. After spending several years in foster care, Angel was eventually adopted.
Angel loves splashing in the water and cooling off. She wishes for a rash guard swimsuit to play in the water and protect her skin from sunburn at the same time. She is looking forward to some outside water play and summer fun!
