Transportation for Yasmen so she can continue her work as an essential employee

Yasmen, an essential worker, has been having a difficult time getting to work. The bus stop she normally used is running on a different schedule and she needs to walk to a further bus stop, to get to work on time. Yasmen has wished for an electric scooter to assist her get to the bus stop quicker, fold it up and carry it with her on the bus, and shorten her total commute time.
Yasmen is 25 years old and lives in NJ
Yasmen is a goal oriented teen, who a full time college student and works full time overnight. Yasmen is majoring in marketing and one day hopes to open a non-profit for animals. Yasmen attributes her drive and self resilience to God but anyone who meets her can see her motivation is also self driven. Yasmen has an infection smile and can brighten up a room, despite all the hardship she has encountered throughout her life.
