Carter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

Carter is a kid who everyone just simply loves. He is very outgoing and is very appreciative of the little things that have been given to him. Summer camp is a summer activity that he loves because he gets to meet new friends. He almost hates when it ends because he knows he won't have that much fun when he returns home.
