Carla wishes for a birthday shopping trip to pick out some accessories to help her look fabulous! She needs some accessories to add some bling to her outfits and help her look special. This will boost her self confidence and give her a special shopping trip that she has rarely ever had.
Carla is 17 years old and lives in NC
Carla loves dancing, dressing up, and singing in her room. Her favorite colors are green and purple. Carla is an excellent student and loves helping with younger children. She is still adjusting to foster care; but is feeling relieved to be safe.
