A Remote Control Boat for Christopher to run in the pond

Foster Parent Association of WilkesChristopher spent some time in foster care, but he has now been moved to a kinship placement to provide him with a more permanent and stable environment. He is a very active boy who is constantly talking, bouncing around, and playing on the playground. Christopher loves being outside, often running around without his shoes, and he enjoys relaxing by watching cartoons. He does well in school and almost always makes the honor roll.
Christopher wishes for a remote control boat to operate in the pond. He also wants to play with it in the bathtub and have a blast. He loves remote control toys; he can spend hours playing with them. He stays very content just watching them go. This will give him a positive activity to do all summer.
