Dameon has been dealing with heart related health issues for some time now, while simultaneously experiencing homelessness and loss of employment. His insurance has also denied several treatments his doctors believe would help him tremendously. This will help Dameon with transportation to and from his appointments, as well as with food on the days he is unable to cook for himself.

Since his time in foster care, he has become a fierce advocate for the foster care community and those who will experience the system after him. He has made a huge contribution and impact on legislation, policy, and services for current and former foster youth in Ohio and nationwide.
