Crystal is a caring and devoted young lady who recently transitioned from living in a foster home to a transitional housing program. With many struggles through foster care, Crystal has remained resilient, caring and has dedicated herself to becoming a Registered Nurse in order to provide adequate care to those in need. Crystal likes to put others first by providing them with emotional and verbal support, ensure that she provides her newborn child with a safe, healthy, and supportive environment, and never asks for anything in return. She is well- mannered, joyful, caring, and loves to bring that same joy to others by making them smile and fill their day with laughter.

Crystal is a full time student at A 2 year community college majoring in Nursing. She enjoys cooking, cleaning, studying, and being a mom and expecting her second child. She is currently out of job as she was laid off when the pandemic increased and she did not have sufficient funds to claim unemployment benefits. She would benefit from a gift card to purchase groceries for the Christmas holidays to cook or meals for herself and her child
