Backpack for Ashely to use for school

Ashely entered foster care with very little personal items. She is happy to have a few things of her own now and would love to have a backpack to keep everything safe and sound. Having a new backpack that she picked out to use for school and moving around from place to place would mean so much to her!
Ashely is 17 years old and lives in NC
Ashely is in middle school working towards becoming a medical examiner some day. She is very good in school, but has been sidetracked by becoming a teen parent. She doesn't want that to stop her though. She recently came in to care in this area and is working on also being a good parent. She likes watching criminal shows and is definitely a thinker. She is also close to her family. She is working on learning to be a parent (and yet be a teen) which can be very difficult for anyone. She loves talking with people.
