Summer loves to garden and grow her own plants from seeds. This special greenhouse, just for her, will allow Summer to spend countless hours tending to her young seedlings. She is limited in a lot of things she can do, but gardening and watching things grow is one thing she enjoys most in the spring and summer. Summer will be able to spend a lot of time in the small greenhouse feeling happy and stress-free. This will be her own special place that will bring her a sense of serenity and peace.
Summer is 17 years old and lives in NC
Summer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
