Jay has autism and has learned some great coping skills through hard work and therapy. He is extremely passionate about puzzles and putting things together! Jay especially loves cats and helping others.
Jay wishes for a new game that will help him enhance and improve his coping skills. Playing CBT will help him develop awareness of thoughts and emotions, improve behaviors, social skills, and coping skills, and enhance self control. Jay really loves games and this will be the perfect self help tool for him.
