Noah is a tiny little baby who is starting to connect with his foster parents. He experiences tremors and other medical issues due to neglect, and this baby swing, that doubles as a rocker, will be so soothing for him. It also has the flexibility to move him around the house. Noah will hopefully find comfort and peace, either swinging or rocking the day away! I

Noah is a sweet baby that was born prematurely. He suffers from neonatal abstinence syndrome, and he has from tremors due to this condition. Noah is relatively easy going, and loves to be held and swaddled.
