Yesenia is a very kind, independent, and motivated young adult. She is currently participating in the STAY program hoping to gain more independent living skills to become a thriving adult. She is very interested in music, video games, and anime. She likes to cook and hike and she is very helpful and kind towards staff and other residents. She hopes to start going back to school in the fall and work with animals in the future.

Yesenia is a wonderful artist. When she is overwhelmed or stressed, she gets to work on a new art project to cope. She loves drawing and coloring when she needs to wind down. Yesenia wishes for a tablet so she can draw and color digitally when she is on the go. Her coping mechanism will be more accessible than ever!
