Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a unicorn up & down roller coaster to have a blast on this summer. This will be the ultimate fun for her because she is such a busy little lady. This will keep her busy and promote and develop her gross motor skills.
