Chelsea loves dancing; she is verbally limited however enjoys expressing how she feels through music. She is very young but her personality shines right through her. Chelsea loves playing outdoors, and loves being around her siblings.

Chelsea was placed in an emergency shelter while her relatives try to gather all they need so she can move in with them. She needs clothing and other essentials in order to stay with her siblings in this placement with relatives. Chelsea would be so happy to stay with relatives who can love and support him as she grows into a strong little girl. This wish will help her get brand new summer clothing in her size so she is prepared to stay with her relatives.
