A New Dress for Jazmine who just lost her father

Jazmine and her three siblings recently lost their father in a tragic accident. She will be attending the funeral in a few weeks and does not have a dress to wear for this occasion. She would like to look her best for this difficult and tragic event that she will be need to attend.
Jazmin is 7 years old and lives in CA
Jazmin is in foster care with her three siblings. She likes creative, imaginary play, and enjoys interactive tea parties. Although Jazmin is not the oldest, she likes to say she is the "Older Sister" and "Helper" so that her baby brother is safe and learns how to play with appropriate toys.
