Carl and his siblings were recently reunited with their mother and are working through a trial period to see if she has made enough progress to be able to parent them on her own again. They haven't lived together as a family unit for such a long time that they need activities they can do together as a family. There is a nice water park in a nearby city that would be the perfect place to spend this family time as they get reacquainted with one another. Granting this wish would be giving Carl new memories of positive things with his mom.

Carl is good with his hands and likes to build things. He idolizes his foster dad who works in the construction industry. He likes Batman, Minecraft, and playing with Legos. He is a generous big brother and enjoys playing with his younger brother and sister.
