Nakayla is about to start pre-k and is really nervous about starting school. She is scared to leave her grandmother and is worried about making new friends. Nakayla saw these very cool light-up shoes on tv and said the lights and rainbows would make her so happy, and give her a great boost of confidence.
Nakayla is 6 years old and lives in AL
Nakayla is a sweet, loving but very timid little girl. She wants to love and be social but she has some fears she is working hard to overcome. Nakayla has had some recent trauma, and has been placed in kinship care and now lives with a grandmother.
