Penny Lane CentersRafael is a kind young boy who is currently in foster care. Rafael likes helping around the house. He gladly does chores and offers to take out the trash, wash the dishes or sweep the floor. Rafael came from El Salvador at the age of 8. He struggles with the English language but is determined to do well in school and master the language. Rafael's favorite subject in school is math.
Rafael is in need of clothes and school uniforms. Rafael especially needs pants as he has holes in the last two pairs he owns. Rafael has unfortunately outgrown his clothes and shoes. Rafael has also kindly asked for underwear and socks. Rafael would like very much to attend school with nice clothes as he puts it. He expressed that he has been teased for some of his worn out clothes.
