Alyssa is a bright little girl that is always cheerful and happy. She lights up every room and loves talking to new people and making new friends. Alyssa loves her resource family and they love her. She hopes to be officially adopted by them soon. Alyssa has told her resource mom that she would like to help make Thanksgiving dinner this year and bake the desserts. She plans on making cupcakes that look like little turkeys and different pies. She has been watching different cooking videos and has already started her list of food she will need from the grocery store. Alyssa's favorite time of year is around the holidays because she loves being with the "family she never had" referring to her resource family and their extended family. How sweet!
Alyssa is 16 years old and lives in NJ
Alyssa is a very sweet and social little girl who can always be found dancing to music. She has an Aunt that is almost the same age as her and together they pretend to be on the TV show Dancing with the Stars. Alyssa has been in foster care for most of her life. Her favorite subject in school is science. When Alyssa grows up she wants to be a marine biologist. Alyssa loves to play with her friends. She moved to a new resource home in the summer of 2020 and is really thriving. She loves her new resource family and loves the neighborhood she lives in. There are many kids that live in the neighborhood and they ride bikes every Saturday morning together. Alyssa's resource parents are interested in adopting Alyssa so that she is able to have a forever home.
