Sevita Health - NJ Mentor NetworkJamie is a wonderful, smiley girl who has been through a lot! Her favorite coping skills are listening to music, drawing, making music, and singing to stay calm. She has a beautiful singing voice and picks up lyrics to songs very easily.
Jamie utilizes music to de-escalate her anxiety and frustrations while in placement! She has learned to use this as a coping mechanism while in treatment. Unfortunately, another youth destroyed her MP3 player this week! Jamie would be very grateful for a replacement of this item!
