The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter's favorite character is R2D2. He has seen many of the movies and would like a few of the characters to play with. He is asking for the Star Wars action figure set that has all of the main Star Wars characters. He will love to have this set.
