The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter is such a great kid who loves sports. His favorite sport is basketball. When basketball games are on TV, he likes to dress up in his basketball uniform and pretend to be one of the players. He has played so much in his other pair of shoes that he is in need of a new pair. He would like to go to Footlocker to get a new pair of basketball shoes. He will be so excited.
