Ashely struggles to keep her room clean and often uses the fact that someone else has the broom to not clean her room. The staff at her group home would like to have her get a sturdy broom and dustpan to take away some of her excuses.
Ashely is 17 years old and lives in NC
Ashely is in middle school working towards becoming a medical examiner some day. She is very good in school, but has been sidetracked by becoming a teen parent. She doesn't want that to stop her though. She recently came in to care in this area and is working on also being a good parent. She likes watching criminal shows and is definitely a thinker. She is also close to her family. She is working on learning to be a parent (and yet be a teen) which can be very difficult for anyone. She loves talking with people.
