Atrau is an upbeat young man, who is extremely resilient. He is a smart and does well academically in school. Atrau is also a talented young athlete, who enjoys lacrosse, wrestling, basketball, and football. In his spare time, Atrau likes to read, draw, watch movies, play videos games, and hang out with his friends. Some of the books Atrau has enjoyed in the past include young adult novels such as "I am Four "and the "Hunger Games". Atrau is also a good cook in the kitchen and enjoys making his own creations. Atrau has been able to maintain several positive relationships with his friends and siblings.

Atrau recently turned 18 and enrolled in the Fostering Futures program. Atrau will soon be moving into his first apartment through an independent living program and is in need of essentials to setup his apartment. He is hoping to purchase pots and pans, dishes, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and some simple decor. Atrau would love to be able to show his friends his new home all setup, and where he finally feels like he is home.
