Felicia is a young lady from Mexico and came to the United States a few years ago, she hasn't been in physical contact with her family and friends from Mexico in years. Some of her biggest interests include going to the gym and going to the theater to watch movies. Felicia has come a long way and has exhibited resilience through her adverse tribulations. She has been able to attend high school as she had stopped her education in Mexico after 6th grade and has been able to embrace who she really is since coming to America.

Felicia has expressed how upset she was that she was not able to have a Quinceanera like the rest of the teenage girls from her country. Since Felicia has been in the states, she has not had the chance to celebrate her birthday. Giving Felicia the opportunity to experience the birthday of her dreams would make her 16th birthday more than special. Felicia just wants to feel special for her birthday like all teenage girls.
