Foster Parent Association of WilkesAngel is a sweet girl who was born prematurely and has grown into a wonderful child. Her foster family took great care of her during her medically fragile early years, and she has since thrived, becoming a beautiful young girl. She enjoys playing with her foster siblings and loves dancing to music. After spending several years in foster care, Angel was eventually adopted.
Angel wishes for a balance bike to play on outside. This will encourage her in outdoor play and allow her to practice balance and coordination. She will really enjoy this when the Spring weather and sunny days hit.
