A Scooter for Caleb to ride around his neighborhood

Caleb is asking for this wish to be granted to him so that he can be outside more during the nicer weather. He would like to ride his scooter all over the neighborhood with his friends. He has decided he wants to limit his game system time and focus on more outdoor activities. Caleb has had the opportunity to ride one of his friend's electric scooter and he had the best time. This wish will give Caleb more of an opportunity to interact with children his age and be outside more often while having fun.
Caleb is 14 years old and lives in TX
Caleb is a kind, sweet, and gentle soul who likes to spend time with his family. He has had a rough time in his life but is doing well. He likes school and shares that Science and Robotics are his favorite. He is unsure what he would like to do in the future but shares that he loves NASA. Caleb loves being able to play video games during his free time and reading, watching, and listening to anything that has to do with Science and building.
