Francine needs a who new summer wardrobe since she has outgrown everything! She is hoping to get the chance to pick this stuff out herself since she has a unique sense of style and comfort. She is going to look awesome in her new, cool outfits!

Francine is a really special little girl who has always tried to help take care of her younger siblings. She tries hard in school even though it doesn't come easy to her. She is a very quiet and thoughtful child. People are lucky to get the chance to know her!
