Summer has a real green thumb and gets a lot of joy and pleasure from planting and seeing her flowers grow. Her birthday wish is for this miniature sized pond waterfall kit that she can decorate her bedroom with. She may even want to put a goldfish in it. This planter will give her a calm, relaxing space for her to enjoy year-round.
Summer is 17 years old and lives in NC
Summer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
