Foster Parent Association of WilkesSummer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
Summer wishes for a beautiful butterfly lamp to use as a nightlight in her room. This will help her feel safe and secure when she wakes up in the middle of the night. She loves butterflies and this will help her personalize her room and feel good about her personal area.
