Stephanie is new to foster care. She is an immigrant from a Central American Country where things were dangerous and difficult for her. She came to America and still faced some of the abuses. When she found out she was pregnant, she was placed in Foster Care, where help is being sought for her in her and her baby's care. She tends to be very scared, doesn't understand much English and is striving to stay healthy but she is also trying to get used to the food that she has available to her. She now has her baby, born in the last month or so. She is learning the basics of parenting and caring for an infant.

Stephanie is requesting a camera so she can take pictures of her and her new baby! She wants to have memories available for her child as he gets older. She has some pictures of herself as a child, but not a lot, and she is excited to change that for her child and give him so many photos capturing their great times together.
