A Month of Tutoring for Robert who is behind in school due to a terminal illness

Posted Aug 29, 2022
Robert suffers from end stage renal failure. He attends dialysis three days a week and this makes it difficult to be consistent with school attendance. He has now been accepted in an at home school program, which is self-paced. This program will help Robert get caught up with his studies as he is far behind. He would greatly appreciate being able to work with a tutor to help him be consistent and gain the academic knowledge he longs for. This wish, if granted, will make Robert very happy and will be a major boost to his self esteem and academic strengths.

Robert is 16 years old and lives in TX

Robby is sweet young man with end stage renal failure. He always wear a big smile on his face and is always ready to talk to you about anything you want to talk about. He attends dialysis four times a week because of his medical fragility. He likes to act as the comedian as he always sees humor in everything. He and his six siblings have been in foster care for several years. He was adopted and because of a failed adoption, he is back in foster care. He is dealing with the rejection again of a failed adoption but that does not stop him from having a good attitude. He likes to play basketball and video games.
