Cooler weather is right around the corner, and Francine doesn't have a light jacket that fits her. She would love this one so that it keeps her warm, and it will also keep her bright so that she is seen at the bus stops on dark days. She has been loving the start of the school year and is really hopeful that it will be her best year ever.
Francine is 13 years old and lives in OH
Francine is a really special little girl who has always tried to help take care of her younger siblings. She tries hard in school even though it doesn't come easy to her. She is a very quiet and thoughtful child. People are lucky to get the chance to know her!
