Shawn is a wonderful young man who, despite struggling with the lasting effects of abuse and neglect, has a bright and caring spirit. With many special needs, he requires a high level of care and attention, but he thrives when he is part of a loving family. Shawn enjoys working on fixing things and finding satisfaction in hands-on activities. He has a fondness for Chick-fil-A and loves listening to music in his downtime. Driven by his passion for helping others, Shawn aspires to become a teacher someday, eager to make a positive impact in the lives of those around him.

Shawn wishes for a Taclight flashlight to take on his school fishing trip. He wants to pack this in his bag to take along in case he needs it. This will give him a little security at night when it’s dark. He can keep it in his backpack and place it by his bedside to have when ever he needs a light.
