Carter has loved cars since he was very small. He can name any car that passes on the road. He also slides to watch car shows on TV. He wants to get a remote control car to play with at his leisure. This concept of futuristic cars set the standard of how cars should look in the future. He will be so excited to find this awesome sleek white electric car under the Christmas tree.
Carter is 12 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother at the age of 1 year old. Unfortunately, when she turned 18 years old, she decided to leave him in his foster placement and move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy. He loves to laugh and make others laugh as well. He likes to watch sports on tv, especially football. His favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy and leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
