Aaliyah is a bright and bubbly child who loves to play with LOL dolls, JoJo dolls, and Barbies. Aaliyah fell ill a few years ago and lost her hearing in both ears. Since then, she has had two surgeries to help recover her hearing and uses a special ear device to hear everyday sounds. Although Aaliyah faces many challenges, she has not let them stop her from spreading her love! She receives support services from The Homes for Children Corporation, which cares for children and youth who are abused, neglected, runaway, abandoned, homeless, and at-risk, and families that are in crisis.

Aaliyah loves to draw. She has been improving her skills by drawing something everyday. She is getting more serious with her drawing and wants to drawing desk so she can have a special place to create her masterpieces. Drawing gives her a sense of calm and quiet place to reflect on her life.She will be so excited to get this awesome desk that comes with desk, chair, and drawers for storage. She will be so excited find this awesome desk under the tree this Christmas.
