Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a kitty cat umbrella because staying dry is important to her. This will give her a cute umbrella to twirl and stand in the rain with. She will enjoy caring this because she loves kitty cats. She will be so excited to find this awesome and stylish umbrella under the tree this Christmas.
