Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a pair of kitty cat rain boots so she can play in the rain. This will help her have a great time on rainy days and allow her to get outside. She loves kitty cats and will feel so special wearing these. She will be so excited to find these awesome rain boots under the tree this Christmas.
