Chloee entered foster care at the age of 10 after being removed from her biological family due to issues related to substance abuse and domestic violence. After a difficult and abusive placement with her grandparents, she was moved to a traditional foster home. Chloee and her foster family are now beginning the lengthy process of adoption. A while back, she attended a week-long church camp, which sparked her growing interest in art.
