Homes for Children CorporationCarter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter is entering middle school next year. His new school requires him to wear uniforms. He will need 5 pair of khaki pants. Carter is so excited about starting his new school and making some new friends. He will walk into school proudly with his new pants.
