The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter is starting a new school next year. The students wear uniforms. He would like to request 5 new uniform shirts. He wants to be prepared for his first day of middle school. He is so excited to start 6th grade.
