He has been so thankful for everything he has received. He has a younger brother that he adores and is so very attentive to. Joe has been through so much and still has such a positive outlook. He likes video games, watching movies, reading chapter books, and building things. His favorite character is Mario. He loves dogs, pandas, and the colors teal, red and pastel orange.
Joe will be spending his 13th birthday at the shelter, so it will be so much sweeter if his wish comes true. One of Joe's birthday wishes for his special day is his very own portable DVD player. He will be so surprised when he opens this birthday gift. Relaxing time will be so much more special when he can watch all his favorite movies.
