Eulalia has grown like a weed over the summer and outgrew all of her winter boots. Eulalia loves the Bailey Bow boots and wants to keep the old pair she has. Eulalia loves to dress and has become a fashionista. A new pair of boots will be an awesome gift for Eulalia.
Eulalia is 9 years old and lives in VA
Eulalia is an amazing little girl that was recently placed in foster care with her younger sister. Eulalia loves to dance and sing. She is learning English and gets so excited when she learns a new word. Eulalia has been through a great deal of trauma in her young life but has not allowed that to stop her from laughing and smiling. Eulalia loves to play with her younger sister outside in the yard.
