Kaylin has been in foster care for over three years. She is resilient, creative and has learned unique ways to engage and learn. She is profoundly deaf and grew up in a non-ASL speaking household. Kaylin loves to write notes to communicate with others. She has recently started dance, swim and robotics club and has made many new friends in her after school ASL group.

Kaylin is a deaf child who appreciates the somatic and sensory aspects of creating art. She recently discovered a new, local art supply store that she is fascinated with and would love to go on a shopping spree for her own, new art supplies. Especially paints, brushes and canvases!
